The Dmitri Quartet is a young string quartet bursting onto the Manchester music scene. Recently formed at the esteemed Royal Northern College of Music, Dmitri have received tuition from some of the worlds most renowned chamber musicians, including Gábor Takács-Nagy (Takács Quartet), David Waterman and Garfield Jackson (Endellion Quartet), Oliver Heath and Gary Pomeroy (Heath Quartet) and Pavel Fischer (Škampa Quartet) to name but a few.
When busking on Manchester's Market Street, the quartet was scouted by a top music talent agency providing them with opportunities to perform to a variety of clients, which now includes the NHS.
The Dmitri Quartet is passionate about reaching a variety of audiences with their music making and has a wide range of repertoire suitable for every occasion.
