Having seen a new arrival performing on Market street outside my store and the crowds that they were attracting I was keen to meet them and see if I could persuade them to come into Boots and perform for my customers. We had a promotional evening coming up and to my delight they agreed to perform.
It is not unusual to have various performers in store when we host special evenings, but I have never had such a positive response from our customers, and colleagues alike. Our customers 'loved' their performance, the atmosphere it created and the refreshing change to the 'horrible boom, boom music' that seems to be everywhere now. Customers clearly came in to the store just to listen to their performance and possibly even purchased an item or two!
They are clearly very, very talented with a very bright future and it was a privilege to have them in store.
